Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Australis Vault & Logistics Pty Ltd ("Australis") for any transport, vaulting or custody service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with the engagement letter or service order signed by both parties.
2. Scope of Services
Australis provides secure transport of bullion, precious metals, currency and other high-value cargo, together with vaulting and custody services. Specific deliverables, routes, security tier and pricing are set out in the engagement letter for each consignment.
3. Insurance
Consignments are insured to declared value under Lloyd's of London marine and specie policies. Clients are responsible for accurate declared-value certification and KYC documentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Australis' liability is limited to the insured declared value of the consignment. Australis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
5. Confidentiality
All client information and consignment details are treated as strictly confidential and shared only with personnel and counterparties on a need-to-know basis.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
